        คณะอนุกรรมการกองทุนเพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์พลังงานประสงค์จะให้ทุนการศึกษาต่างประเทศประจำปีงบประมาณ 2553 ระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก ในสาขาต่างๆ ดังนี้

        Fuel Technology : clean coal technology, natural gas technology, bio fuel processing, engine technology (เน้น alternative fuels), carboncapture
Energy efficiency : thermal process technology, cogeneration,
tri-generation, sustainable building design, energy management in buildings, energy management in industry, energy management in transportation
Power system : Power system design and management, energy storage,
batteries, distributed generation, smart grid
